The 98 bathrooms at Social Residence les Marquises were in need of a facelift. Dated and sometimes damaged, they were no longer satisfactory for residents. The Refresh BAUDET team proposed a refreshment program that included replacing a number of fixtures and fittings, replacing the flooring and refurbishing the storage areas. The result is a bathroom modules that’s as good as new, brighter, cleaner and more conducive to comfort and relaxation during toileting and care.
With 2 bathrooms refurbished per day (for 2 technicians on site), the manager was able to limit the inconvenience caused to residents. The project took just 8 months to complete, and enabled all the EHPAD’s bathrooms to be completely refurbished.
