The renovation of a CROUS Nantes building in St Nazaire took place in preparation for the start of the 2016 academic year. Right in the heart of the Campus, the university residence offers single rooms, studettes and T2 apartments for flat-sharing. Each unit is fully equipped and has its own bathroom. The Jade model, a bathroom adapted to student residences, was introduced in the Cité U Heinlex at the instigation of the Crous de Nantes: a compact, functional bathroom. As part of an ecological approach, grey water from showers and bathroom sinks is used to produce domestic hot water and supply the collective heating system.
